Instagramers Opens Up World’s Largest Photo Gallery
It’s been three years since the Instagramers Network, one of the largest Instagram communities in the world, has launched. More than 350 local Instagramers Chapters have already been established since then and now they’re on to the next exciting stage of their journey: the Instagramers Gallery.
The InstagramersGallery.com is a virtual gallery that is based on the simple premise of knowing the world and showing the world through photography.
In order to upload images you must be an Instagram user. Once logged in on InstagramersGallery.com, the site will allow anyone who is not a social network user to see and browse through the uploaded images. Users can access the galley free of charge.
$1,000 is rewarded to a winner each day, who then qualifies to win the grad prize of $100,000. (More details here.)
The site, however, only allows one image to be uploaded per day so users must choose their best images.
InstagramersGallery.com has also established its physical presence in Miami and opened its doors on December 11, 2013, with the hopes of becoming a meeting point of the world.
This will be the first of a series of galleries located in strategic areas throughout the world. The gallery’s main objective is to promote photography in the Instagram format.
Located in Wynwood, Miami’s art district, Intagramers gallery looks to become a multicultural space that welcomes all social photography admirers or aficionados. The space will also offer seminars, talks, forums, events and exhibits.
The Gallery is a vision of Phil Gonzalez(Instagramers founder) and Jorge Martínez, who are two renowned advertising creative professionals from Spain.

To raise awareness about the tragedy and funds for the survivors, Gang Family (Philippines) held a photowalk, dedicating it to the people who are in need of help. Two days after the event, the photowalk participants sent their donations to the Philippine Red Cross.
